Job Description:

Responsibilities
Grounds & Landscape Maintenance
Inspect turf, plants, trees, and shrubs regularly for disease, damage, or irrigation needs.
Direct and supervise contracted landscape crews for mowing, pruning, weed control, and seasonal planting.
Maintain, test, and repair automatic sprinkler systems and outdoor drip lines. 
Hardscape & Structural Upkeep
Inspect and repair walkways, retaining walls, parking lots, outdoor lighting, and fencing.
Manage storm drainage, erosion control systems, and runoff channels.
Handle seasonal weather safety tasks, such as clearing debris, ice, or snow hazards.
Facility Systems & Coordination
Coordinate minor structural building repairs connected to exterior grounds.
Oversee exterior facility aesthetics and safety compliance codes.
Oversee contractor bids, work schedules, material budgets, and service logs. 
Key Requirements & Skills
Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or Facility Management.
Experience: 2 to 5 years handling site engineering, grounds management, or commercial building upkeep.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of soil mechanics, irrigation electronics, basic plumbing, and plant health.
Soft Skills: Problem-solving capabilities, budget tracking, vendor management, and safety enforcement.
