Job Description:
Core Responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing: Lead end-to-end procurement cycles including Requests for Information (RFIs), Proposals (RFPs), and Quotations (RFQs).
Commercial Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, payment schedules, software licensing models, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with vendors.
Contract Management: Partner with legal and finance teams to execute Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and track upcoming contract renewals.
Vendor Management: Build partnerships with OEMs and tech providers while monitoring vendor performance and risk.
Cost Optimization: Analyze enterprise spending data to reduce the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
Key Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: 3 to 7+ years of indirect procurement experience with a dedicated focus on IT categories (SaaS, cloud, and hardware).
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with ERP and e-procurement platforms like SAP, Oracle, Ariba, or Coupa.
