Job Description:

Responsibilities
Sourcing & Purchasing: Plan and execute RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs for software, cloud platforms, and hardware components.
Contract Negotiation: Negotiate commercial terms, pricing models, payment structures, and renewal terms with tech vendors.
Vendor Management: Build relationships with technology suppliers, evaluate performance, and monitor adherence to SLAs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with IT, Legal, Finance, and Information Security teams to ensure compliance and security standards (such as GDPR or data privacy laws) are met.
Cost Optimization: Analyze tech spend patterns, monitor user license utilization, and find cost-saving opportunities. 
Required Skills and Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Experience: 2 to 4 years of strategic sourcing or tech purchasing experience (depending on seniority).
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, SaaS ecosystems, and cloud environments.
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools, advanced Excel, and ERP systems like SAP.
Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation ability, strong written and verbal communication, and sharp problem-solving skills.
