Job Description:

• Infrastructure Management: Design, install, and configure servers (physical and virtual), storage, and networking components.
• Monitoring & Performance: Continuously monitor system health using tools like Nagios, Zabbix, or Prometheus to identify bottlenecks and ensure high availability.
• Automation & Scripting: Use languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell to automate routine tasks such as backups, patching, and deployments.
• Security & Compliance: Implement security measures (firewalls, encryption, access controls) and ensure systems meet regulatory standards.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Act as Tier 2 or Tier 3 support for complex technical issues, conducting root cause analysis for production errors.
• Disaster Recovery: Develop and maintain backup strategies and disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity. 
   

• Operating Systems: Proficiency in Linux (RHEL, Ubuntu) and Windows Server administration.
• Cloud & Virtualization: Hands-on experience with platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and virtualization tools such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Containerization: Familiarity with Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes or OpenShift.
• Networking: Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN configurations.
