Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
  • Audit Execution: Plan, execute, and document risk-based internal audits covering financial, operational, and compliance areas.
  • Risk Management: Identify control weaknesses and, analyze data to determine potential risks, and recommend mitigation strategies
    .
Reporting: Prepare concise reports for senior management/audit committees outlining findings and improvement recommendations.
Compliance & Monitoring: Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies, including tracking the implementation of corrective actions.
Collaboration: Work with department heads to strengthen internal controls and assist external auditors as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Certifications: CIA (Certified Internal Auditor), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) are often required or preferred.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex data and financial records.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for presenting findings to stakeholders.
  • Integrity: High standard of ethics, independence, and objectivity.
