Job Description:

• Order Management: Process sales orders, purchase orders, and invoices accurately to ensure prompt delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Administrative Support: Prepare, send, and follow up on quotes and proposals, maintaining accurate sales data and filing systems.
• Customer Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact, handling inquiries, providing product information, and resolving issues.
• Sales Team Support: Assist external sales staff with scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and tracking sales targets.
• Coordination: Liaise between clients and internal departments (e.g., logistics, finance, production) to ensure smooth operations. 

• Education: High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree in business or related field is often preferred.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to handle client interaction professionally.
• Organization: Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience: Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or administrative roles is typically required.
