Job Description:

Responsibilities
Account Growth: Manage a portfolio of existing clients to drive retention, upselling, and cross-selling of new ICT solutions.
Lead Generation: Prospect and build new client relationships through networking and market research.
Solution Pitching: Coordinate and present technical proposals, bids, and tenders tailored to client needs.
Client Consultation: Act as a trusted advisor to understand business goals and match them with proper technology products.
Sales Tracking: Monitor sales metrics, build accurate forecasts, and report performance against goals. 
Required Skills and Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: Proven track record in B2B tech sales or account management.
Technical Literacy: Strong understanding of cloud computing, software systems, or hardware infrastructure.
Software Tools: Experience using CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.
Soft Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
