Job Description:

• Inspections and Audits: Regularly inspect food preparation areas, storage units, and common areas to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Training and Education: Train staff on personal hygiene, proper food handling, and sanitization protocols.
• Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all operations meet local regulatory requirements (e.g., FSSAI, local health department standards).
• Corrective Actions: Identify risks in food operations and implement, monitor, and document necessary corrective actions.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of hygiene inspections, cleaning schedules, and incidents.
• Pest Control: Monitor pest control reports and ensure the facility follows sanitation procedures to avoid infestations. 

• Education: A degree or diploma in Food Science, Environmental Health, Microbiology, or a related field.
• Certifications: HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) and/or ISO 22000 certification is often mandatory.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in food safety or hospitality (hotel/restaurant).
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills for training, and proficiency in MS Office.
