Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Design & Calculation: Develop HVAC system layouts, perform heat load analysis, and calculate air/water flow rates.
- Site Survey & Inspection: Assess buildings for system installation, inspect progress, and troubleshoot issues.
- Project Management: Coordinate with architects, clients, and contractors to ensure projects are completed within budget and according to specifications.
Energy Efficiency: Optimize system performance to reduce energy consumption.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and HVAC load calculation software (e.g., HAP, TRACE 3D Plus).
- Experience: Previous experience in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) design or installation is preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication, project management, and problem-solving abilities.
