Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily HSE activities and support the implementation of the project HSE plan.
-Conduct site inspections and identify hazards, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions.
-Maintain HSE documentation, reports, permits, and training records.
-Coordinate toolbox talks, safety briefings, and awareness sessions.
-Ensure compliance with safety procedures, PPE requirements, and approved method statements.
-Support incident investigations, audits, and corrective action follow-ups.
-Monitor high-risk activities, including lifting, excavations, confined space entry, hot works, and traffic management.
-Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations, client requirements, and company HSE standards.

Requirements
-Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
-3–5 years of HSE experience in UAE construction or infrastructure projects.
-Experience on roads, bridges, utilities, or large civil projects is preferred.
NEBOSH IGC preferred.
-IOSH, OSHA, First Aid, or Fire Safety certifications are an advantage.
-Strong knowledge of HSE documentation, risk assessments, permit-to-work systems, and UAE construction safety requirements.
-Candidates currently in the UAE and available to join on short notice are preferred.
