Job Description:

• End-to-End Hiring: Managing the full lifecycle from sourcing and screening resumes on job portals (like Naukri or LinkedIn) to conducting initial telephonic interviews and scheduling rounds with hiring managers.
• Onboarding: Handling joining formalities, preparing offer letters, and conducting orientation programs for new hires.
• Sourcing Strategy: Identifying potential candidates through social media, employee referrals, and campus recruitment drives. 
   

• Education: Usually requires a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA in HR is often preferred for senior roles.
• Experience: Typically 1–5 years of experience in a dual HR and admin capacity.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel for MIS reporting) and familiarity with HRIS or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Soft Skills: Strong multitasking abilities, excellent verbal/written communication, and the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
