- Handle recruitment and onboarding.
- Prepare employment contracts and maintain employee records.
- Coordinate visa and labor processes.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law.
- Manage attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Support employee relations and performance management.
- Coordinate with government authorities and external partners when required.
Requirements:
- Indian national.
- Previous HR experience in the UAE is preferred.
- Knowledge of UAE Labour Law and visa procedures.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
