Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment & Selection: Managing job postings, screening resumes, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Employee Relations & Compliance: Resolving workplace disputes, conducting disciplinary actions, and ensuring adherence to employment laws and company policies

Administrative Tasks: Maintaining employee records, managing payroll, and administering benefits like health insurance.
Performance & Development: Coordinating performance appraisals, identifying training needs, and facilitating employee development programs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience: Proven experience as an HR Officer or in a similar generalist capacity.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of labor laws, regulations, and best HR practices.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office.
