Job Description:

Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with department managers to write job descriptions, source candidates, conduct interviews, and negotiate salary packages.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Design welcoming onboarding programs, facilitate new-hire paperwork, and conduct smooth exit interviews for departing staff.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, mediate conflicts, and advise on disciplinary issues. 
  • Performance & Development: Coordinate performance appraisal cycles, manage promotion processes, and identify staff training needs. 
Compensation & Benefits: Administer payroll, health insurance, and other employee perks, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
Compliance: Ensure all company policies and procedures comply with relevant state and national employment laws.
 
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven professional experience in a Human Resources or similar role.
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of HR practices, compliance, and employment regulations.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional emotional intelligence, problem-solving, active listening, and strong communication abilities.
  • Hard Skills: Proficiency with HR Management Systems (HRMS), Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and payroll software.
