Job Description:

• Performance Management: Design and execute performance appraisal systems, set KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), and ensure objective, fair evaluations.
• Talent Strategy & Planning: Identify, develop, and retain high-potential employees; facilitate succession planning for key positions.
• Learning & Development: Identify training needs, design career pathways, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
• Employee Engagement & Coaching: Coach managers on career development and performance feedback; resolve talent-related issues.
• HR Analytics & Data: Analyze talent data to gain insights, improve retention, and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
• Leadership Alignment: Work with senior executives to align talent initiatives with company goals. 
   

• Experience: 5+ years in HR, specifically with performance management and talent development.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Leadership: Strong coaching, mentorship, and interpersonal skills.
