Job Description:

• Performance Management (PMS): Implement performance frameworks, set KRAs/goals, facilitate appraisals, and manage performance improvement plans.
• Talent Management & Succession: Identify high-potential talent, create career paths, and develop succession planning frameworks for leadership continuity.
• Learning & Development: Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and Individual Development Plans (IDPs) to enhance employee skills.
• Employee Engagement & Retention: Develop initiatives to improve engagement, reduce turnover, and foster a positive, inclusive work culture.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze talent data to measure performance, retention, and program effectiveness to inform strategic decisions.
• Stakeholder Management: Partner with business leaders to align talent strategies with organizational goals and provide coaching to managers. 
   

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in HR, specifically in performance management, talent development, or organizational development.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of PMS tools (HRMS), data analysis, communication, coaching, and understanding of employment laws.
