Job Description:

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Workforce Planning: Translate long-term business goals into people objectives by forecasting hiring needs, designing team structures, and managing succession planning. 
  • Executive Advisory: Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and board, bringing workforce data, industry benchmarks, and talent market intelligence to leadership conversations. 
Compensation and Benefits: Design and manage the organization’s total rewards philosophy, including salary bands, bonus structures, and benefits packages to attract and retain top talent.
Culture and Employee Relations: Shape the company culture, promote Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), and resolve complex, high-level employee grievances or misconduct issues. 
Team Leadership: Build, manage, and mentor the internal HR team, overseeing functional directors in recruiting, learning and development, and HR operations. 
Compliance and Operations: Oversee HR policies and risk management, ensuring the business adheres to local labor laws and employment regulations. 
Preferred Qualifications

 

  • Education: A Master's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is highly preferred. 
  • Skills: Advanced strategic thinking, conflict resolution, data analytics, change management, and a deep, working knowledge of regional employment laws.
