Responsibilities

Manpower Planning & Sourcing: Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, draft Job Descriptions, and source candidates through job portals, professional networks, and social media.
Screening & Interviews: Review resumes, conduct initial phone/video screenings, and coordinate interview schedules.
Selection & Offer Management: Facilitate the evaluation process, negotiate salary packages, and roll out offer letters.
Onboarding & Induction: Manage joining formalities, organize orientation programs, and ensure new hires are smoothly integrated into the company culture.
Vendor Management: Coordinate with external recruitment agencies, staffing firms, and job boards to fill specialized or volume-based roles.
Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS): Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment metrics to track hiring efficiency and time-to-hire.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Typically 2 to 5 years of proven experience in full-cycle recruitment.
Core Competencies: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong evaluation capabilities, and high attention to detail.
