Job Description:

Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition: Manage the complete hiring lifecycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer rollouts. 
Onboarding & Records: Conduct orientations for new hires, manage induction programs, and maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
Payroll & Benefits: Coordinate with finance to process payroll, track attendance and leaves, and administer employee benefit packages.
Employee Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for workplace queries, mediate conflicts, and handle grievance resolution.
Performance & Training: Assist managers with performance review cycles, maintain appraisal records, and coordinate employee training programs. 
Compliance & Policies: Ensure company policies align with business goals and local labor laws (e.g., statutory compliance like PF and ESI). 
Key Requirements & Skills
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Hard Skills: Proficiency in HRMS/HRIS software, MS Excel, and a strong understanding of local labor legislation.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, conflict resolution, and strong interpersonal abilities.
