Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
* Source and acquire new Personal Finance customers through direct sales, referrals, and corporate channels.
* Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through customer engagement and networking activities.
* Achieve monthly sales targets and portfolio growth objectives.
* Guide customers through financing solutions and application requirements.
* Ensure accurate documentation and seamless processing of finance applications.
* Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the financing journey.
* Adhere to all regulatory, compliance, KYC, and AML requirements.

Requirements
* 1–3 years of UAE banking experience in Personal Finance sales.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
* Good knowledge of UAE banking products, KYC, AML, and compliance requirements.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
