Responsibilities

Recruitment & Staffing: Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
HR Operations: Maintaining employee databases (HRIS), managing attendance, and updating records.
Payroll & Benefits: Coordinating payroll inputs, benefits administration, and resolving salary discrepancies.
Compliance: Ensuring compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations (PF, ESIC), and company policies.
Employee Relations: Addressing grievances, organizing engagement activities, and conducting exit interviews.
Performance Management: Assisting with performance appraisal processes and employee development plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience: Previous experience as an HR Executive, HR Manager, or similar role.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of labor legislation, payroll, and HR best practices.
Software: Proficiency in HRMS/HRIS systems and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-management skills.
