Job Description:

• Recruitment and Onboarding: Managing end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and conducting orientation for new hires.
• HR Administration and Records: Maintaining accurate employee databases, managing attendance systems, and updating HR documents.
• Employee Relations: Acting as the first point of contact for employee queries, mediating disputes, and conducting exit interviews.
• Payroll and Benefits: Supporting payroll processing and administering employee benefits packages.
• Performance Management: Organizing performance reviews and supporting talent development initiatives.
• Compliance: Ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company regulations. 
   

• Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
