Job Description:

Responsibilities
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end hiring process—from posting jobs and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews, issuing offers, and running new-hire orientations. 
Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for staff queries, handle workplace conflict, and manage grievance resolution to maintain harmony.
Policy & Compliance: Develop, update, and enforce HR policies while ensuring the organization adheres to local labor laws and statutory regulations.
Payroll & Benefits: Coordinate payroll inputs, track attendance/leaves, and administer employee compensation and benefits programs.
Performance & Development: Assist managers with performance review cycles, maintain appraisal records, and coordinate employee training and engagement activities.
HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee databases, manage documentation on HRMS (Human Resources Management Systems), and conduct exit formalities. 
Key Requirements & Skills
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA in HR is often preferred).
  • Experience: Typically 2 to 4 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
  • Hard Skills: Working knowledge of employment/labor laws, proficiency with HR software (like ATS and HRIS), and strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution, and communication skills to effectively manage diverse teams.
