Job Description:

Responsibilities
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage job postings on Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), schedule interviews, conduct background checks, and process contracts. Coordinate new-hire orientation to ensure a smooth transition.
  • HR Administration & Systems: Maintain accurate, confidential digital and physical employee records in compliance with employment laws. Process personnel actions such as promotions, transfers, and terminations. 
  • Benefits & Payroll: Assist employees with benefits enrollment, field queries about insurance providers, and reconcile benefit statements. Support payroll processing by verifying time-off and compensation data. 
  • Employee Relations & Performance: Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries. Organize performance review cycles, track training compliance, and assist with ad-hoc HR projects. 
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field. 
  • Experience: Typically 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in HR administration or a relevant coordination role. 
  • Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Direct experience with HRIS/HRM software (e.g., Workday, Paycom) and ATS platforms. 
  • Soft Skills: Outstanding communication, strict attention to detail, strong time management, and the ability to maintain absolute confidentiality.
