Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Recruitment Support: Post job openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Onboarding & Orientation: Manage new hire paperwork, facilitate welcome sessions, and ensure new employees have the equipment and access they need.
Payroll & Benefits Administration: Track attendance, paid time off (PTO), and leave requests to provide accurate data to the payroll team.
Employee Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding company policies, benefits, and workplace procedures.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 1–2 years of administrative or HR-related experience, or a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with candidates, staff, and management.
