Job Description:

Responsibilities
  • Human Resources (HR):
    • Recruitment & Selection: Managing the job posting, interviewing, and hiring process.
    • Onboarding/Offboarding: Coordinating the orientation of new hires and facilitating exit interviews and formalities
      .
     
  • Records Management: Maintaining accurate digital and physical employee records, including attendance, leave, and contract updates.
  •  
  • Employee Relations: Addressing employee queries regarding benefits, policies, and resolving workplace conflicts.
  •  
  • Payroll Support: Assisting with payroll administration, including tracking, compensation, and benefits.
Administration & Operations:
  • Office Logistics: Managing office supplies, equipment, and general maintenance.
  • Policy Implementation: Ensuring company policies and procedures are followed.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Handling statutory compliance, such as PF/ESIC, and drafting official documentation.
     
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: Proven work experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
  • Knowledge: Basic understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel) and familiarity with [Human Resources Information Systems] (HRIS).
  • Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent verbal/written communication.
