Job Description:

Responsibilities
  • Records Management: Maintaining physical and digital employee files, updating HR databases, and managing employee documentation.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Processing new hires (contracts, orientation, IDs) and handling exit formalities.
Payroll & Benefits Support: Compiling data for payroll (attendance, leave) and assisting with benefits administration, such as insurance and pension schemes.Compliance: Ensuring adherence to labour laws, updating policies, and preparing for audits.
Recruitment Support: Posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Employee Queries: Addressing employee questions regarding HR policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Organizational Skills: High attention to detail for managing documentation, data entry, and payroll tasks.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with employees and external vendors.
  • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with HR Information Systems (HRIS), Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), and payroll software.
