Job Description:
Responsibilities
- HR Administration: Maintain employee databases, records, and files (both digital and physical). Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and conducting onboarding/inductions.
- Payroll & Benefits: Process payroll inputs (attendance, leaves) and assist with statutory compliance such as PF, ESI, and labor laws
.
Office Management: Manage office supplies, vendor relations, facility maintenance, and security.
Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances, policy queries, and engagement activities.
Documentation & Reporting: Draft letters, memos, and reports for management and government authorities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in HR, administration, or office management roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS software.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
