Job Description:

• Assessment & Planning: Evaluate clients' physical, cognitive, and emotional needs to design individual or group horticulture programs.
• Activity Facilitation: Guide clients in hands-on activities like planting, harvesting, and garden maintenance to foster rehabilitation.
• Monitoring Progress: Document and evaluate client outcomes, adjusting techniques to meet therapeutic goals.
• Collaboration: Work with healthcare professionals, such as occupational therapists and psychologists, to integrate therapy into overall care plans.
• Safety Management: Ensure a safe, accessible, and supportive environment for all participants. 
   

• Knowledge Base: Strong background in horticulture and understanding of human therapeutic needs.
• Interpersonal Skills: Patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate individuals with diverse abilities or disabilities.
