Job Description:

• Strategic Planning: Develop human capital strategies for talent acquisition, development, and retention that align with corporate objectives.
• Talent Management & Acquisition: Oversee recruitment strategies to attract top talent and implement onboarding programs to integrate new hires.
• Performance & Development: Design performance management systems and training programs to foster growth and high performance.
• Culture & Employee Relations: Cultivate a positive company culture, handle employee relations, and resolve conflicts.
• Compliance & HR Operations: Ensure compliance with labor laws, manage HR policies, and oversee budget management.
• Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the HR team to ensure effective service delivery. 
   

• Experience: Substantial experience in HR management, typically 10+ years, with proven leadership in a senior role.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR Management, Psychology, or related field.
• Skills: Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, leadership, and knowledge of labor law.
