Job Description:
Responsibilities
- IT Strategy & Governance: Develop and implement company-wide IT roadmaps, policies, and standards.
- Infrastructure Management: Oversee IT infrastructure, including networks, systems, data centers, and cloud environments, ensuring high availability.
- Leadership & Team Management: Lead IT teams, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance management for IT personnel.
- Vendor & Budget Management: Oversee IT budgets, negotiate vendor contracts, and manage external service providers.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure robust data security, compliance with federal/industry requirements, and data protection.
- Digital Transformation: Lead technology changes, upgrades, and acquisition integration initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Several years of experience in an IT management position, often requiring prior leadership experience in IT operations.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, networks, and data management.
- Leadership & Communication: Excellent leadership skills to manage teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical senior stakeholders.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is typically expected.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to map technology to business needs, and experience with project management methodologies.
