Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
 • Lead and supervise Front Desk and Call Centre operations
 • Oversee patient reception, registration, and appointment scheduling
 • Maintain high patient service and communication standards
 • Manage daily workflow, team coordination, and operational efficiency
 • Handle patient inquiries, feedback, and service escalations professionally
 • Coordinate closely with clinical and administrative departments
 • Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and operational compliance
Requirements:
 • Arabic speaking (Mandatory)
 • 3–5 years of experience in healthcare operations or patient services
 • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
 • Experience managing reception or call centre teams in a healthcare setting
