Job Description:

Front Office Supervisor Responsibilities & Duties

• Supervise front office staff and provide guidance and direction to ensure efficient and effective operations
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
• Monitor front office operations, including front desk, phone, and reservations systems, to ensure high levels of accuracy and efficiency
• Ensure that all front office policies and procedures are followed and maintain standards for appearance and performance of front office staff
• Assist with scheduling and staffing needs, as well as training and development of front office team members
• Participate in the preparation and management of the front office budget
• Maintain a clean and organized front office area and ensure proper security procedures are in place
• Continuously strive to improve guest satisfaction scores and guest experience

Front Office Supervisor Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as a Front Office Supervisor or similar supervisory role
• Knowledge of front office procedures and customer service principles
• Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Computer literacy and proficiency in hotel management software
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
