Job Description:

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Manage and optimize fleet operations on a large scale

✅ Monitor vehicle maintenance, servicing, and inspections

✅ Ensure vehicle registration, insurance, and regulatory compliance

✅ Oversee driver performance, safety, and licensing requirements

✅ Track fleet costs, fuel consumption, and profitability reports

✅ Coordinate with suppliers and service providers

✅ Develop fleet budgets and control operational expenses

✅ Prepare fleet performance and efficiency reports

✅ Implement and maintain transport policies, procedures, and SOPs

🔹 Requirements:

✔️ Proven experience in Fleet Management or Transport Operations

✔️ Strong knowledge of UAE traffic regulations and vehicle compliance requirements

✔️ Excellent leadership, planning, and organizational skills

✔️ Strong analytical and reporting capabilities

✔️ Ability to manage budgets and operational costs effectively
