Job Description:

Responsibilities
  • Calendar & Meeting Management: Scheduling appointments, board meetings, and conferences, including organizing agendas and taking minutes.
  • Communication Liaison: Acting as the primary point of contact, screening calls, and managing email/correspondence.
  • Administrative Support: Handling travel arrangements, expense reports, and document preparation.
  • Confidentiality & Discretion: Maintaining secure records and handling sensitive company information.
  • Project Coordination: Assisting with special projects, research, and presentations.
     
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: Proven experience as an Executive Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or similar role, often 5+ years for C-level support.
  • Technology Proficiency: Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual meeting platforms.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organization: Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks.
