Job Description:

• On-Site Logistics: Supervise venue setup, decoration, technical equipment (AV), seating, and teardown.
• Vendor Coordination: Source, negotiate with, and manage suppliers, decorators, and caterers to ensure quality.
• Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with safety standards, including insurance, permits, and risk management.
• Event Execution: Oversee daily operations, manage schedules, and solve problems that arise during the event.
• Budget & Administration: Monitor expenses, stick to budgets, and prepare post-event reports.
• Staff Management: Direct on-site staff, including technicians, security, and cleaning crews. 

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or Business Administration.
• Experience: Proven experience in event planning, logistics, or venue management.
• Skills: Exceptional organization, vendor negotiation, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to interact with clients, vendors, and staff.
• Flexibility: Ability to work under pressure and on weekends/evenings.
