Job Description:

• Cost Estimation & Take-offs: Reviewing blueprints, technical documents, and proposals to calculate precise material quantities and labor costs.
• Bid Management: Handling tender submissions, soliciting quotations from subcontractors and suppliers, and performing technical/commercial comparisons.
• Value Engineering: Analyzing project plans to suggest cost-saving alternatives without compromising quality.
• Database Management: Maintaining accurate, up-to-date databases of material prices, labor rates, and historical project data.
• Risk Analysis: Identifying potential cost overruns and identifying risks during the project planning phase.
• Project Monitoring: Tracking project costs against the budget to identify variations and ensure profitability. 

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.
• Software Proficiency: Experience with cost estimation software , AutoCAD, and MS Excel.
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, communication, and negotiation skills.
