Job Description:

• Technical Support: Provide L1/L2 troubleshooting for hardware, software, networking, and peripherals.
• Device Management: Install, configure, and maintain workstations, laptops, and mobile devices (including OS updates, SCCM, Intune).
• Account Management: Handle provisioning/decommissioning, password resets, and Active Directory/Office 365 administration.
• Ticket Management: Monitor, document, and resolve support requests within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Documentation: Create Knowledge Base articles and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for end users.
• Support Initiatives: Assist with IT projects, such as hardware refreshes or software rollouts. 
   

• Experience: 2+ years in technical support, desktop support, or a similar role.
• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in Windows 10/11, macOS, and MS Office 365.
• System Knowledge: Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with non-technical users.
