Job Description:
Responsibilities
Project Execution: Lead project lifecycles, ensuring deliverables are on time, within budget, and compliant with safety regulations (e.g., NFPA, IEC).
System Management: Oversee ELV subsystems including CCTV, Public Address (PA), Access Control, Fire Alarms, Structured Cabling, and Building Management Systems (BMS).
Stakeholder Coordination: Interface with clients, consultants, architects, and authorities to resolve technical queries and manage expectations.
Documentation & Planning: Prepare and review project schedules, Bill of Quantities (BOQs), technical submittals, and shop drawings.
Resource & Vendor Management: Supervise site engineers, technicians, and subcontractors. Manage procurement planning and material approvals.
Testing & Handover: Conduct regular site inspections, QA/QC audits, and manage testing, commissioning, and final project handover.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related engineering discipline.
Experience: Typically 3 to 8+ years of experience in ELV project execution and site supervision.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in drafting and planning tools like AutoCAD, MS Project, and optionally Primavera P6.
Soft Skills: Strong leadership, budget control, and problem-solving abilities with excellent client management skills.
