Job Description:

• Document Lifecycle Management: Oversee documents from creation and editing to approval, distribution, and archival.
• Version Control & Accuracy: Ensure that only current revisions of SOPs, safety data sheets, and work instructions are available to the production floor.
• Compliance & Quality Control: Ensure all documentation complies with ISO, GMP, or company quality standards, conducting audits as needed.
• Systems Administration: Use EDMS (e.g., SAP, Oracle Aconex) to manage, scan, upload, and file technical documents and drawings.
• Distribution & Coordination: Distribute controlled documents to appropriate departments and manage the change control process, according to X0PA AI.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate filing systems and prepare status reports for management regarding document changes. 
   

• Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail for reviewing and managing high volumes of sensitive documents, say Indeed.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and document control software.
• Knowledge of Regulations: Experience with document management standards, ISO, and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Communication: Effective communication skills to coordinate between engineering, QA/QC, and production teams
