Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Growth: Identify new markets, customers, and business opportunities to expand profitability.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and partners
    .
Project Leadership: Oversee the entire lifecycle of projects, including planning, resource allocation, and, in technical fields, directing development teams.
Sales/Goal Achievement: Generate leads, negotiate contracts, and meet or exceed sales targets.
Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to guide strategic decisions.
Team Management: Train, mentor, and evaluate staff to improve performance and capabilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in business development, sales, or project management.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
