Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Design Review: Check and approve structural calculations, plans, and drawings for safety and code compliance.
Team Leadership: Guide junior engineers, manage workflows, and coordinate tasks across different office locations.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with architects, contractors, and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) teams.
Site Support: Visit construction sites to solve technical issues and monitor execution quality.
Value Engineering: Find cost-effective design solutions without lowering safety standards.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
Experience: 5 to 10 years of structural engineering experience, including supervisory or team-lead roles.
Software Skills: Proficiency in structural tools like ETABS, STAAD.Pro, SAP2000, AutoCAD, and Revit.
Knowledge: Deep understanding of local building codes, international standards, and material specifications.
