Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Partner Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for dealer networks, building long-term, profitable relationships.
- Sales & Onboarding: Drive dealer participation, ensure platform activation, and push for new product or package adoptions.
- Issue Resolution: Swiftly address day-to-day operational issues, billing inquiries, and disputes to maintain smooth service delivery.
- Market Monitoring: Track dealer performance, analyze local market trends, and report on competitor activities.
- Data Maintenance: Document client interactions, dealer feedback, and performance metrics in CRM software.
Essential Requirements
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience in channel sales, dealer management, or related B2B business development.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems (like Salesforce) and proficiency in reporting using MS Excel.
