Responsibilities
Support Delivery: Answer inbound customer questions and complaints quickly via chat, social media, WhatsApp, or voice calls.
Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot operational or service problems and follow up until complete resolution.
Account Tracking: Log all customer interactions accurately inside CRM software or proprietary tracking tools.
Feedback Collection: Gather insights and customer feedback to help improve company products and operational workflows.
Relationship Building: Foster high customer retention and positive brand loyalty through empathetic communication.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Communication: Clear, polite, and professional written and verbal communication skills.
Empathy & Patience: Ability to stay calm and positive when dealing with frustrated clients.
Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with CRM systems, ticketing platforms, or live-chat environments.
Multitasking: Capability to manage multiple chats or support requests simultaneously under tight timeframes.
