Job Description:

• CRM Administration & Data Management: Maintain the integrity of the database, input customer information, and ensure data accuracy.
• Customer Journey Mapping & Personalization: Define and support the customer journey from initial discovery to purchase, delivery, and aftermarket service.
• Lead Nurture & Retention: Develop programs to keep leads and existing clients engaged, using personalized content and communication.
• Targeted Marketing Campaigns: Segment the database to deliver targeted, high-end marketing campaigns, including invitations to private events, new model launches, and exclusive experiences.
• Performance Reporting & Analytics: Create reports and dashboards tracking KPIs like lead conversion rates, customer retention rates, and ROI.
• Troubleshooting & Technical Support: Act as the primary support for CRM users (salespeople) to fix bugs and provide training.
• Operational Support: Coordinate with sales teams to ensure post-sale contacts are made within designated timeframes (e.g., 48 hours). 
   

• Experience: 2+ years of CRM administration experience, preferably in automotive or luxury retail.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot).
• Data Analytics: Ability to work with large data sets to provide insights into client behavior and campaign effectiveness.
• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with sales, marketing, and executive teams.
