Job Description:

 Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, and answer questions regarding products, services, or menus.
  • Transactions: Process payments accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
  • Product Knowledge:
     Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, services, or menu items to offer recommendations.
Maintenance: Ensure the counter area, displays, and self-service stations are clean, organized, and stocked.
Order Management: Manage, prepare, or follow up on customer orders (e.g., food service, retail sales, or repairs).
Problem Resolution: Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions professionally.
 
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent is generally required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in retail, food service, or customer service is often preferred.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with cash registers and POS (Point of Sale) software.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attributes: Friendly demeanor, team-oriented, and strong attention to detail.
