Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Budgeting & Estimation: Create detailed project budgets and Class 2/3 cost estimates using Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and rate analyses.
- Cost Tracking: Monitor project expenses, validate subcontractor/vendor claims, and manage cash flow.
- Variance Reporting: Submit regular variance reports (budgeted vs. actual costs) and cash flow forecasts to project managers and finance teams.
- Site & Vendor Coordination: Liaise with the site execution and procurement teams to update Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and ensure material costs align with project targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or Construction Management.
- Software Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of project management and ERP software such as SAP, Oracle Primavera, or MS Project.
- Analytical Skills: Deep understanding of cost breakdown structures (CBS), forecasting, and risk assessment.
