Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
▫️ Manage cost coding, cost heads, resource/item codes using ERP systems
▫️ Assist in budgeting, estimation & cost planning
▫️ Monitor actual vs budgeted costs and highlight variances
▫️ Track labor allocation, productivity & activity-wise costing
▫️ Coordinate with Stores for GRN/PGRN, material issuance & monthly stock taking
▫️ Analyze cost data, wastage, damage, rework & commercial deviations with cost impact
▫️ Prepare weekly & monthly cost, material & labor reports for management
▫️ Coordinate with factory, site, logistics & finance teams
Attend site visits & coordination meetings as required

Requirements:
▫️ 4–6 years of experience in cost control (Factory / Project environment)
▫️ Strong ERP system knowledge & Excel skills
▫️ Good analytical, reporting & coordination skills
