Job Description:

• Drafting and Negotiating: Collaborate with legal/operational teams to draft contracts (vendor, client, service agreements) and negotiate terms to maximize value and minimize liability.
• Compliance and Risk Mitigation: Monitor contracts for adherence to terms, and ensure compliance with internal policies, legal requirements, and regulations.
• Contract Lifecycle Management: Manage the full process, including contract renewals, amendments, extensions, or terminations.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary contact for contracts, keeping stakeholders informed, resolving disputes, and managing relationships with suppliers or clients.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate, organized records of all contracts and generate status reports on performance and deliverables.
• Financial Control: Ensure contractual compliance with project budgets and timelines, particularly in sectors like construction. 
   

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, law, finance, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in contract management, legal administration, or procurement.
• Skills: Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
