• Topographic Mapping: Conduct topographical, geodetic, and bathymetric surveys to establish site elevations and contours.
• Route Surveying: Align and stake out pipeline routes, rights-of-way (ROW), and access roads.
• Equipment Mastery: Operate advanced geomatic instruments including RTK-GPS, Total Stations, 3D Laser Scanners, and digital levels.
• As-Built Surveys: Execute precise post-construction surveys to verify the exact location of laid pipes and built structures. 
   

• CAD Drafting: Utilize CAD and Civil 3D software to generate accurate alignment sheets, cross-sections, and contour maps.
• Data Calibration: Analyze and adjust raw survey data to local/global coordinate systems (e.g., UTM, local grid).
• Document Control: Maintain rigorous survey logs, calibration records, and legal documentation. 
   
   

• Tolerance Checks: Verify that all civil works (foundations, tank pads) align with strict oil and gas tolerances.
• HSE Compliance: Adhere strictly to site safety protocols (e.g., Permit to Work, H2S awareness), especially in live plant environments.
   

• Education: Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Geomatics / Land Surveying.
• Experience: Minimum 4–5 years of progressive field surveying experience, ideally in pipeline construction or refinery expansion.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and GIS mapping.
• Physical & Environmental: Ability to work in harsh climates (deserts, offshore, remote sites) and stand for extended periods.
